Monique Dollonne Drawing on 18 years' experience as an International Student Educational Consultant and President of International Studies & Cultural Specialists, Inc., Monique has become a strong advocate for reform in education.

She is the founder of the Coalition for Accountability in Education (CAE), a statewide nonprofit grassroots organization. CAE provides professional development to teachers, parents, community members, taxpayers interested in reinstating the best education, deserved by every child. Monique has inspired many to raise the bar of expectations in local school systems by following the resource paths from the executive administration officials to the classroom. Monique believes that building

bridges between researchers, policymakers, teachers and parents will produce high standards and high performance. She has served on the California Department of Education, the revamping committee of the State Accountability Report Card, the board of California Parents for Educational Choice and many other education committees.

Monique has made presentations at State Accountability, Title I Conferences, and she has testified before Congress during a "No Child Left Behind" hearing in September 2006. Monique is uniquely qualified to represe nt the voice of the community while enforcing transparency and accountability in Ventura Unified School District!
